MeetMate is a free, web-based group scheduling tool that allows users to:

  • Create scheduling events without requiring user accounts
  • Share event links with participants
  • Coordinate availability across multiple people
  • Automatically calculate optimal meeting dates

3. User Responsibilities

When using MeetMate, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating events or participating
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not abuse, harass, or harm other users

  • Keep event passwords secure and confidential

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MeetMate is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The service will be completely secure
  • All information will be accurate or reliable
  • Defects will be corrected

7. Data Loss

We are not responsible for data loss resulting from:

  • Technical failures or system maintenance
  • Automatic deletion after 30-day retention period
  • User-initiated event deletion
  • Loss of session tokens from browser data clearing

We recommend keeping your own records of important event details.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
